My poem creation

Silent River

Flowing forever like wind flowing through trees,
the river has no words, the river has no voice.
Rocks try to stop it, people may pollute it
But the river stays strong and a lake it partakes.
The winter comes and stops the lake
No one hears its cries
Let the lake be free let it grow into a waterfall
So it can once again be a river

Millitary Academy

My experience on the trip to Oak Ridge was pretty interesting. It was kind of a new experience, but think I had been there before. The bus ride over was pretty boring, so I went to sleep since nobody was really talking. When I got to the course, I completed it in a reasonable time, but when I tried to jump the log again I hit my knee. The whole course felt like a waste.

It's all about me

My name is Bradley Eccles. My mothers name is Cynthia McLendon and my fathers name is James Eccles. I was born in Winston Salem, North Carolina at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. When I was a young boy, I used to be very curious about a lot of different things. I always had my nose in everything that I could find, like once before my sister had gone down to the creek without me. So, at six years old, I went down to the creek to look for her. When I came back from the creek, I had an experience that changed me later in my life. Because of that now, when I go outside after dark and I’m walking around, I always stare at the tree lines and look out for movement and strange noises or movements.

Over the course of my life, not too many things have happened to change my life, but there have been some things. Once when I was younger, my older sister and I went to our friends’ house across the street. When we got there, we had a “Fear Factor” challenge, at the time I was around six or seven years of age. The first challenge was that every one had to climb on top of there mothers Ford Explorer. After everyone had gotten up there, it was my turn, but I couldn’t reach the top, so my friend gave me a boost. Instead of keeping my balance on the rear bumper, I slipped and busted my nose on this ball on the back of the car and my nose bleep profusely. I thought I had broken it because it hurt very badly, but apparently I hadn’t done that much damage to it. After that experience, I have been extra wary of things getting to close to my face.
